材料

春卷皮、豬肉絲、韭黃、冬菇絲、生粉水。

做法

  1. 將蔬菜和肉類炒至剛熟。放涼備用。
  2. 在春卷皮的一角放上餡料。
  3. 捲緊並用少許生粉水封邊。
  4. 放入熱油中炸至金黃酥脆。
  5. 瀝乾油份,趁熱配以酸甜醬食用。

Spring roll wrappers, Shredded Pork, Yellow chives, Sliced Mushrooms, Cornstarch slurry.

Steps

  1. Stir-fry the vegetables and meat until just cooked. Let it cool.
  2. Place filling on the corner of the wrapper.
  3. Roll tightly and seal the edge with some starch water.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain excess oil and serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.

Langkah-langkah

  1. Tumis sayuran dan daging hingga matang. Biarkan mendingin.

Mga Hakbang

  1. Igisa ang mga gulay at karne hanggang sa maluto. Hayaang lumamig.
  2. Maglagay ng palaman sa kanto ng wrapper.
  3. I-roll nang mahigpit at selyuhan ang gilid gamit ang starch water.
  4. I-deep fry sa mainit na mantika hanggang maging golden brown at crispy.
  5. Patuluin ang sobrang mantika at ihain nang mainit kasama ang sweet and sour sauce.
